You have ever had that feeling in motherhood…that something embarrassing has only happened to YOU?
I’ve had this feeling many times since the start of my pregnancy only to be assured through conversations that it was not just a me thing. Pregnancy while it is an amazing experience, can cause a lot of weird changes in your body, mind and mood. And it’s great to know that they are not just happening to you.
I am a first time mommy! Finding out that I was becoming a mom was the most joyous news! While being really excited about the day I’ll get to meet baby, I was simultaneously, at times, stressed, overwhelmed and anxious. Not to mention, I am a working woman as well. A middle school teacher to be exact. Talk about stress!
I created this blog to share my stories, experiences and journey with you (even the embarrassing stuff). I want to give advice, talk about what has worked for me and what has not, debunk some myths and have some fun! I’m looking forward to sharing this special experience with you but even more so; to hear your experiences as well!
